Business Functions is a free function library for Microsoft Excel designed to make business plans, budgets, structured financings and cashflows more powerful and manageable. We use BF because models become:

- more accurate, because the function is written in a fast language that affords itself to more calculations.
- faster to build, because you build from a palette of standard algorithms.
- quicker to run, again because of the fast language the functions are written in.

- more transparent, because the function explains the intent of what's being modelled better than a hieroglyphic formula.
- easier to understand, because the functions have understandable names and have detailed documentation on their behaviour.
